PTO Membership

TREE2013APTO Membership – This year our directory/membership is all online. You can sign up and pay through the link below. We are using a new system – please see direction below for both RENEWing members and NEW members.

Directions to RENEW PTO Membership:

Enter the zip code for Richland (38120), select Richland, and enter your email address.  When you select “Continue,” you will get a message that you are already in the system, and you will receive an email to reset your password.  You then simply choose Richland and proceed as this user. After you have logged into the account, please go to “My Account” – “My Family Information,” and verify your information.  If your address is not in the system, please select “Edit” under Household and enter your address.

If you do not want the address included in the Directory, you can “Hide” it by checking the box to the right of the address. You will need to put the cursor over the category you want to hide.  You can add other members of your household, or an additional household, and their emails in this section as well. Under “Committee Interest,” please indicate the areas in which you would be willing to help this year:  Lunchroom, Grandparent Luncheon, Book Fair, Daybreak with Dads, Mornings with Moms, Test Proctoring, Spring Fling, AR Store, Field Day Events, Grounds Beautification, and WatchDOGS.

You can also join the PTO under “Store,” “Products.”  PTO Membership is $5 per household.  Although each parent is currently listed as separate households, you only need to pay once.

If you know of anyone NEW who would like info on how to join the PTO: please contact either Linda Parham or Susy Todd at

You can also print the Membership Form below and send it in to your child’s teacher:
