ImageShare Technical Tips
Technical Tips for using Balfour’s ImageShare app:
Allow full access to your phone’s Camera and Photo Gallery. Go to Settings > ImageShare > Photos and select “All Photos”
Confirm you have good reception and access to Wi-Fi.
Choose a maximum of only 5 photos to upload at a time. Do not begin to upload a new batch until the previous one is complete.
You may add a written description of ONLY the first photo in each batch. So if you need to add several descriptions, consider uploading these photos separately. (If it is obvious that several photos are from the same event or of the same person, you do not need to label each photo.)
Sometimes the app is very slow uploading. A faster way may be to choose photos directly from your Camera Roll, choose the Action icon to share the photos, then choose ImageShare from the options along the bottom. (Remember to choose a max of 5 pics, or the ImageShare icon will not appear here.)
If you have trouble with the app, you may also upload images through https://studio.balfour.com/ezpix/. Enter 220796 as the Project Number.
If these tips do not help, try removing the app, restarting your phone and then reloading the app. If that still doesn’t help, you may call Tech Support at 1-800-947-0536.
