What are the donation levels for class incentives?  

  • $40 - Water bottle sticker

  • $80 - Out of Uniform Day

  • $120 - Rubix Cube

  • $160 - Popsicle Party

  • $200 - Silly Putty

  • $240 - Cotton Candy Party

  • $280 - Extra Recess Day

  • $320 - Popcorn Party & Mood Bowl $360 - Pencil Pouch

  • $400 - Candy/Trail Mix Bar

  • $500 - Drawstring Backpack

Do purchases of shirts and hats count toward class incentives? 

  • Donations that receive shirts, sweatshirts and hats do not count towards the classroom goals, as you have already received a gift for that donation.

When is the incentive tracker updated, and when will the classes receive their incentives? 

  • PTO updates the trackers outside the classrooms each Friday. Classes recieve the incentives shown the NEXT Friday to allow PTO time to package and plan the prize distribution! Incentives will be spread out throughout the campaign with 2 additional incentives offered each week. All classes will receive all incentives earned by Sept 22! 

  • The online incentive tracker is updated multiple times throughout the week. 

When will I recieve the shirt that I ordered? 

  • Orders of in stock inventory are being delivered each Friday to students' classrooms.

  • Additional adult t-shirts will be delivered the week of August 28. 

  • Sweatshirts and long-sleeve t-shirts that are out of stock will ordered after the AGC closes on Sept 9 and delivered approximately two weeks later.

This fundraiser helps with classroom supplies, hires board-certified tutors, provides professional development for our staff, allows for family events, staff appreciation, and much, much more!

  • September 9- AGC Ends - last day to order shirts!

  • Sept 29 - AGC Party


Sensory Info for Special Needs Parents (AGC Party)

  • Noise level- High

  • Brightness- Fluorescent and/or Outside light. Small disco light may be used.

  • Strong smells- N/A

  • Crowd- Moderate- high

  • Touch- Crowded areas. Accidental bumping is possible.
