Reimbursement Request Form
How to get reimbursed:
For reimbursement for budgeted/approved PTO expenses paid out of pocket or to request payment to vendors on behalf of the Richland PTO using PTO funds please fill out the online PTO Reimbursement or expense Form and attach your digital receipt(s) within the form. Alternatively, you may print off the completed online form with the physical receipt(s) attached and drop off in the school office PTO Treasurer’s box. To utilize the 2022-23 funds, you must submit for reimbursement no later than May 15th, 2023 and should submit within 2 weeks of the expense.
How long will it take to be reimbursed? Unless an urgent deadline is specified, reimbursement checks will be provided to the intended recipient within 1 month, usually through the school office. The treasurer will contact you by email.
Expense Request Form
If a Board Member or other stakeholder needs to request funds for an UNBUDGETED expense, this form will be routed to the Executive Board for consideration. The Treasurer will notify requester if the expense is approved.
