Room Sponsors

Room Sponsors help to enable seamless class events and provide a better overall experience for students and teachers. They are also key to quick and efficient communication between PTO and families. Room sponsor teams typically consist of one lead or two co-leads and assistants. If you are interested in serving as a room sponsor, please reach out to your homeroom teacher for more information.

Responsibilities of room sponsors include:

• Working with your teacher to plan for events throughout the year

• Organizing monetary collections for teacher gifts for birthday, Christmas, and teacher appreciation.

• Keeping the classroom parents informed of upcoming events, reminders, or needs of your teacher.

• Checking in with your teacher via email regularly to be aware of any upcoming needs.
